I have long hair but my ends were kind of messed up. I wanted to preserve the length but clean up the split ends. Natalie did a root smudge for me along with a haircut. I was so happy!! My hair looked so much healthier and somehow she maintained a ton of length while making the edges seem so healthy! Some other stylists at other places made it seem like I had to cut off 6 inches to achieve a healthy look, but Natalie was able to achieve that result by removing less than 2 inches, so I'm very grateful for her listening to my goals and making it happen.
