If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. As a returning customer, I tried to schedule an appointment and was hung up on by a female representative. When I called back to try again, I was met with the same rude and unprofessional attitude. I even pointed it out to her, and she showed no concern whatsoever. Clearly, she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

I’ll be taking my business to Echo Guard instead.

I am a very long standing client with over 25 years and this is my first review. I have been very fortunate to have had Jose come out all three times, first for my actual service interval and two follow up trouble calls. We have experienced ANT 🐜 issues and they have cropped up at different areas of our bathrooms and one bedroom. All visits were on time and Jose is extremely customer focused, listens well and explains what he sees and how he is going about how to service our pests control. I want to send you a great employee recognition for his professionalism. He clearly does an outstanding job and represents Discovery Pest control with his Professional nature!

Absolutely terrible service I still see bugs they only take 10 mins to do the job I switch to another company and they are amazing! They do the entire yard I am now with fast action pest control they are a way better local company!
