I am a very long standing client with over 25 years and this is my first review. I have been very fortunate to have had Jose come out all three times, first for my actual service interval and two follow up trouble calls. We have experienced ANT 🐜 issues and they have cropped up at different areas of our bathrooms and one bedroom. All visits were on time and Jose is extremely customer focused, listens well and explains what he sees and how he is going about how to service our pests control. I want to send you a great employee recognition for his professionalism. He clearly does an outstanding job and represents Discovery Pest control with his Professional nature!

We have had Discovery Pest manage our pest control for many years. We recently noticed ants were around our pool and the house exterior, so I called for special treatment in between our regular service. We schedule for a few days later and the technician came out and treated the suspected areas. He also explained that many other homeowners are having any issues this year and we really needed to feed the colony. So he left some ant traps to allow them to take poison back to the colony. No more ants outside but the colony showed up looking for water on the inside of the house. With the information that the technician gave us, the traps were set at the ant locations inside and within two days we had no more ants inside. The effort that Discovery Pest technicians have always given is exemplary. They have great training to assist in solving any pest problem. Thank you to all of my technicians over the years and to the owners of Discovery Pest for providing such great service.
