When I brought my dogs in for annual visits and vaccinations in April, all of the veterinarians who were there last fall were gone and replaced by new staff. I made the appointment on line with one of the veterinarians whose name I recognized, but was seen by someone else. The receptionist/customer service representative said that they don't use the online system and to call for appointments. The visit was OK and we received the service we needed. I later learned that a large corporation, NVA, had purchased the practice during the pandemic, and the former long time vets contracts had expired and they moved on. I had a cat that needed to be put to sleep - not for health reasons but behavioral issues - the staff, vet tech and the doctor were great. Every step of the way they were compassionate and understanding.
Dr. Lee and staff did a complicated surgical procedure that 3 other vets were uncomfortable doing . Our dog Arlo went through the procedure without any complications. Dr. Lee is a skilled veterinarian and will be going back
