THIS REVIEW IS FOR AUDIOLOGY DEPARTMENT FOR PEDS. Total bill: $662 with blue cross blue shieldComing in to the audiology department, the staff was very nice and made my toddler comfortable. We did some testing on his hearing and what it consists of is me holding my kid, and as my kid is sitting on my lap- random sounds (from soft to loud) noises/sounds coming from devices all around the room and my kid needs to look at it to signify that he can hear it. My kid passes the tests.The next test was to put an ear piece in his ear to check out his inner hearing and my kid refused to have any objects inserted in to his ear or around it so we skipped that part and rescheduled...read full review

So happy that my son didn't have to go all the way to Oakland for his hearing test last week!! Josie and Michelle were awesome. The test was punctual and we were in and out in 30 min tops! Didn't have to miss any work. Compare that to my follow up visit with ENT today, which consisted of a 55 min drive + 20 min to find parking and walk to the department + half a day off work and all that effort for only an 8 min (literally) follow up appointment with the PA. Please! Please! Please! Bring more pediatric specialties out to Brentwood! We need you here!

My son had his first hearing test since having tubes put in his ears and I honestly didn't know what to expect or how my son would react. Needless to say, the staff was beyond amazing! My son was very unhappy for half of the exam but the assistant who was in charge of helping with toys and such was just great! She was very friendly and didn't seem to bat and eye because my son was being non compliant! Ha ha The audiologist was very sweet. She answered all of my questions and my concerns thoroughly! I would recommend them to anyone who has a child they have concerns about.
