Since my last review, I have now received my hot tub. It is a Highlife Aria in case you are interested. The service was great from start to finish. Trish and her team kept me updated on the manufacture and delivery during the entire process. The delivery team was professional and then Omar came out the next day to install the salt system and deliver the chemicals. I am very pleased with the spa and service I received. I will be updating my outdoor furniture in the spring and will certainly be shopping at Brentwood Outdoor Living.
We moved to Brentwood 6 months ago and we wanted to get a spa for the backyard. Trisha showed us several different manufacturers and types of spas. She never rushed us or tried to get us into any type of system. She was patient and allowed us to think it over. We went back a few days later and purchased a Jacuzzi 6 seat lounge system. The delivery techs were prompt and kind. Once I had the system connected, Omar came out and walked me thru the start up process. We love the spa and use it frequently. My next purchase is going to be the Green Egg. Trisha, Kendall and Omar were fantastic. Great place and great buying experience.
