I came in today to get my car tented I actually forgot my wallet at home

I have a small Honda Fit that my mother used to drive and for some reason she managed to get a very bad tint installed on her rear window. Jet black tent removed it and now it’s crystal clear. The rest of the tint was fine it was just that one window.
The company utilizes a third party answering service to book appointments, which was fine. Tint was done in reasonable time but I noticed shortly after that they had broken my rear window and had said nothing about it. I took it to the manufacturer, which explained the reason for breaking. This is where the problem resides trying to contact the company directly was a hassle and without additional work from me. The company is unwilling to provide service to an issue they created. My only suggestion is check for cracks/damage because they are no help thereafter.
