Dr Hench is an absolute buffoon! He is always in a hurry and the novacaine he injects is way to much. After you leave office it will take minimum 6 to 8 hours to go away. He also paralyzed my mouth for a year because he hit the nerve! Also had crown done and he screwed up the tooth above the crown which was totally fine, by grinding on it instead of the improper crown installed. Never again with this dental office......STAY AWAY,!!!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could.This establishment is not upfront about billing what so ever. In fact, the only time billing was brought up to me, was my first time ever walking foot in the building. (probably just to make sure I was covered.)From the beginning, I was "told" what treatments I was being given, "told" they needed to take x-rays, and when I asked for a cleaning that my insurance does include bi-yearly, the dentist charged me for a $180 "deep cleaning". Keep in mind, this is after completely maxing out my insurance via root canal + crown.I am a full time student, and working full time as well. Amongst COVID and everything else going wrong with this year. I have to take on a $900 bill too. I feel completely taken advantage of.The ONLY take away I got from this entire experience was a hard lesson learned. To me, it is common sense to not overcharge somebody $900 PAST their insurance MAXIMUM. Let alone in DECEMBER. Please learn from my mistake.THIS ESTABLISHMENT CARES ABOUT MONEY, AND THAT IS IT.
