I highly recommend Dietmar. He does a great job describing quality/cost trade offs and you can pick what works best for you. I have worked with him on both home and work projects and have always been happy with his work and professionalism. He has a wide range of experiences from working on expensive kitchens of well known musicians to doing a quick sink build in my lab. He is also a genuinely nice guy that I trust.
