We got ALLPRO for bird-proofing in June 2023. Some areas of the roof in our home were favorite places for pigeons to roost and try to build nests. Also sparrows used to perch on our front door and porch and make lot of mess. We called a few cleaning/bird-proofing services for quotes and all pro had the best pricing and also 5 year performance warranty for the service. Bob got back quickly with an estimate and pricing. The office staff were very friendly and courteous in scheduling the appointment and following up with the process. I've been using All Pro to pressure wash my house and boat dock, and clean gutters and windows since 2010. They have never failed to do a top notch job. Prior to my most recent cleaning, it had been 3 years since they serviced my home. I was surprised when one of the workers rang the doorbell and informed me they remembered seeing a problem with birds landing on ledges above my doors and windows, then pooping on the porch and patio. He said he had brought wire mesh with him to treat the issue and wanted permission to attach it after washing the house. I, of course, agreed to this. We've used All Pro for window washing and gutter cleaning for several years now and been very pleased with the service. This year we'll add solar panel cleaning, as well. They're prompt, efficient and do a great job. We're very happy with All Pro and will be using them in the future.
