Our door's latching mechanism had been partially replaced on an earlier appointment and by another technician. The problem wasn't resolved on that visit, so Jerrod assessed the fitment of our door and correctly diagnosed our issue in less than ten minutes--wasn't the mechanism after all. After a few adjustments where he showed me how to make them myself, should I ever need to do so, Jerrod had our door working like new again. Recently, I had my sliding glass door serviced. It was leaking. Jarred had come out several times. He was awesome. He provided great customer service, and he was able to help me regarding some other issues with my home. Jarred is very knowledgeable, and I feel that Windor is fortunate to have him as a valued employee.
