I would like to thank Kenneshia who work at the S. Kirkwood location in Houston TX. She made my experience coming to the Walmart Vision Center for the first time pleasant she was very knowledgeable and I notice she was calm under pressure when a lot of customers came into the store. I would suggest a raise and I appreciate her kindness.

Giving this place 5 stars because the staff here is absolutely amazing and patient despite being so busy but shame on the owners or whoever is in charge for keeping them understaffed. I had to wait close to 45min just to buy some contacts when it could have been in an easy 5 min transaction.

Adriana at the Walmart Vision Center in Brea has been fantastic during a very challenging experience purchasing glasses for our son. Adriana was very patient and understanding while we experienced issues with my son not liking the way his glasses looked and fit, and she was very supportive in helping us find just the right pair that looked and fit him properly.
