I've been coming here for years now. I think they provide a great service but their cancellation services need to be more gentle. I'm currently sitting here in urgent care and called to cancel. I was still charged for not making it to my appointment . I was happy to provide a note if needed even it violated HIPAA laws. I would have understood if it was a no show but I called. I understand business is business but having more compassion doesn't kill us either. So, don't have an emergency on your eyebrow appointment day. Those that suffer from an illness do walk ins because emergencies don't count in life.

I’ll make an appt for any available aesthetician. Everyone does a great job and is super professional. I only sugar now. I get less breakage and less grow back. It’s the only way to go.

The Sugared Belle is the only place I get my sugaring wax! I book my appointments through their website & they attend you almost instantly, no complaints! Perfect place for someone who is new to sugar waxing!
