Steve and his team did a great job with my full roof replacement. Our old tile roof leaked in many places so we opted for a brand new roof rather than multiple patch jobs. We chose Steve because he was prompt and very knowledgeable. He took care of everything, city permits, HOA approval etc. We just had to sign up and pick a color. The demo guys tore off the old tile then the roofers started repairing the old damaged wood. Two days later we had a brand new roof. It looks crafted no slapped together. Steve gave me a fair price and started the job on time. We had some delays due to a solar installation, but he made an effort to work around the other job. On a couple of occasions I called with concerns. I found him responsive and willing to make things right. In the end, we have a nice looking roof that remained watertight through the recent torrential rains. I would recommend him to my neighbors.

After a heavy rainstorm, some water leaked into the house through a vent. During an inspection of the roof, I discovered several roof tiles were broken and several pipes and vents needed sealing. I received three estimates from local roofers and Steve was the most reasonably priced. Like all the roofers after a heavy rain, they were all extremely busy, which explained why Steve couldn't start right away. I was ultimately satisfied with Santiago Roofing. Steve's crew were professional and experienced. I was happy with their work after the job was complete. Thank you Steve!
