I was recommended to One Stop Cellular by a good friend who said Jeff is the best in the OC area for phone repairs. I was having issues with my iPhone XR charging port with the battery not charging or the battery reverse charging (i.e. going from 80% to 75% while plugged in). Apple Genius Bar wanted to hold my phone for a few days because they were backlogged. Jeff took care of the issues in less than 15 minutes. Pretty reasonable with pricing and a straight up good and honest dude. You’re probably better off taking your phone issues here rather than Apple, Samsung, etc. and you’ll likely pay less overall. Jeff was really helpful and was able to fix my broken phone screen and replace my battery within 15 mins, i didn't think it would be that quick but I was pleasantly surprised! Great customer service, will definitely come back if need be.
I called ahead of time to get a quote for my cracked screen. I spoke to the jeff who was super friendly and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. The price was 59 plus tax which was way more cheeper then other shops i had called. The girl at the desk was friendly and took a look at my phone she went through the list to see exactly what was wrong with it. My screen was so bad that i could feel the shards of broken glass when i touched my phone . She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so i came back at that time and it was ready!!
