I have had annual root problems with my lateral sewer lines. The repairs were covered under an insurance plan, which contracts with OC Plumbing in my area. Their service has always been terrific -- easy to get appointments, with multiple alerts, good crews who show up on time and do the repairs. They even went to bat for me with the insurance company when the root problems kept coming back, and got some substantial repairs approved that should keep fix the issue for a long time. We all know the difference between bad service, adequate service, and superior service. I've been getting superior service and am happy to recommend the company.
