We used Nix to replace and upgrade our forced air system, which included replacing most of the ducting. We are extremely pleased with the improved performance and quality of the installation.We previously used Nix for repair work. Dale was straight forward. I am VERY PICKY when it comes to choosing contractors. Yippee!! It's been a long time since I immediately knew, after speaking with Dale, that's he's old school. Dale is the "real deal" (professional, 30 yrs+ experience, licensed, insured, with an established long - time team). We had spoken with 3 other HVAC contractors previously, but none had given us the sense of immediate assurance that Dale knew all the in's and out's of HVAC installation and usage. Dale answered the phone when I called him in the morning and came out the same day. He checked out everything for safety and the issue and explained the diagnosis with my zoned heating system and recommended a one zone system for my one story house which he and his crew installed the next morning. This system will save us money and is really user friendly. His price was fair and he was low pressure and honest. I am a fan for life should we need heating and air conditioning help again. I will go with the small family business any day, get great service and pay less than the big companies that pay with thousands in advertising and charge customers accordingly!
