Joanne worked tirelessly for hours on my daughter's hair working to detangled as much as possible before cutting. Joanne really understood what we were going thru and how important it was to salvage as much of my daughter's hair as possible. She set aside her whole Saturday to work on my daughter's hair and stayed late to give her hair the attention it needed.

I never new box dye was bad for ones hair and she was able to finally get the black box dye out of my hair without damaging my hair. She also is a great hair stylist and knows how to cut curly hair.
