I'm terrible with needles--big Marine baby here--but I barely felt it when the IV went in. I even asked if the needle was super tiny because it felt so much better than when I get labs done at the VA! I really have to give credit to Celeste.. she was so gentle with my lips and talked to me the whole way through it. The numbing cream made my experience completely PAINLESS so that is definitely a plus compared to other places. Celeste is so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back for her. “Staff is extremely nice, helpful and kind. The treatment itself was not as bad as I expected. Wasn’t uncomfortable at all. Sensation was a little bit to get used to but, it didn’t take but a couple of minutes. The entire process took less time and was completed in about 20 minutes. I had some redness through out the next day but figured that’s just my sensitive skin. I have had no pain or any discomfort from my first procedure and am looking forward to my next one. I’m just sorry I waited so many years to do it.“
