Chris was awesome, he found the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed it. Shortly after he left it stopped working, we called the company and Chris returned right away and addressed the problem and didn’t leave till we tested all the outlets and were satisfied. Very happy with the work performed, and the fair price.
Water heater is working fine but labor cost is unreasonable especially since I had already purchased the part myself....$300 plus for 45 minutes. Not technicians fault but company itself could be a lot more reasonable when it comes to cost.
Lion Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is now my go to service company for all their services. Every one of their service personnel are extremely skilled and customer friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of using them for a major air conditioning rework and recently for just a general electrical evaluation which identified and corrected a future problem before it occurred and saved me a lot of money.
