Nick the owner was quick to respond and came out that day to look at the job. This was a small job but he still was able to get a crew out within a couple of days. Repairs were done well and Nick always answered my texts quickly. Would use Base Point Engineering again.

I am so incredibly glad I hired Nick and his team. After getting a crazy amount of quotes and not feeling secure with any of the contractors I was talking to, I FINALLY met Nick! Instantly I could tell he was the one I needed to hired because he walked me through the whole process in detail, explained thing I might encounter, and was just so clear about everything. He was patient with me and we even exchanged ideas about some other projects too. He followed up with his quote same day, with a real breakdown, so no hidden costs, no surprises! I felt like every other contractor was trying to dig for dimes with me but not nick. My project was to build up a new shared wall between me and my neighbor, and fix up part of my back wall, shared with another neighbor. He was able to find the matching block, grout, everything so that it looked seamless. He helped me work with my neighbors too so that it was a good experience for everyone involved. Nick was communicative, stuck to his timelines, answered my billion questions, his contracts are clear and not half assed like coke contractors I see, and he made this such an easy and painless experience. I have nothing but amazing things to say and will definitely be calling them again once I have another project.
