Requested style: Long layers with bangs and frame around face.

Hair type: Long, fine/medium with split ends and tangles easily.

Stylist: Alma always does a great job, she’s patient and hears my idea out replicates what I need and asks me throughout a joyful experience about my day and keeps me in the loop of how much she’s cutting, because she knows I can never make up my mind. It’s always a joyful easygoing experience partially because she’s friendly and attentive and also because she listens to what you want and suggests great ideas. I’ve never walked out of their regretting or in tears like other salons.

My previous hair stylist no longer works at this location. First time going back since she left last October. I explained to Alma how I wanted my hair cut so that i can style it a certain way, and she understood me and cut it exactly how i wanted. Thank you! ?

Update on my last review. After I did wait an extra 40 minutes the helpful young lady did my hair and was very sweet and kind. She did my hair and it turned out awesome! I still think if you have an appointment you should be taken in before anyone with an appointment but the service was friendly and I’m very happy with my haircut and hairdresser!
