What I would like is for there to be a ten star rating for this company. If there was, I would be so happy to put that down. Five stars just really isn't enough. We had a horrible experience with San Diego's Mr. Rooter (who sent out a local Alpine company) doing some work on our septic line. You can find my review of them on their review space. This is an awesome company! My house is old but nice and it was time to change out the septic system. It was failing and had seen its days. I started looking for some help and reviewed several companies. Blackburn came highly recommended by a septic drainage company. I called Blackburn and he called back almost immediately. Blackburn came out next day and did a walk through of my property and gave me an estimate that day. We set up an agreed time frame for the job from start and finish.
