Julie addresses my bodies needs and balances me so well. She listens and moves through placing needles gracefully. 22 yrs in service she told me today after my session. I’m honored to be able to be her client.

Julie is the kindest, most caring, and most knowledgeable caregiver I know. I've been going to her, off and on for many years. I always feel like she gives me great advice. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area, but I'm always able to get in touch with Julie by email and text when I have a question. Julie is the very best!

I loved yoga 9's hot Pilates class. As a very active person I love finding new ways to challenge myself. I feel this working out many parts of my body. It's a great full body workout and the heat adds a whole new way to kick your workout into high gear.
