TWM Roofing just finished doing an amazing job replacing our roof! After several estimates advising replacement of our roof tiles, we chose TWM. Sharing their years of experience educated us further on making the right roofing choices. hey were the only company to walk the roof and advise that our chimney chase covers also needed to be replaced. Gave great referrals for that work and kindly waited for us to get that completed before replacing the roof.
Our roof was done by the end of April. Took 7 days. The process to remove the old tiles via conveyor belt was so interesting.

I had TWM give me a quote about 6 months previous to replace the underlayment on our roof, but had to defer due to lack of funding. When I called them back, they honored the previous quote, and actually were able to get a crew out within a couple of weeks, and had the work done a day or two ahead of schedule. As with any big job, there were a few follow-up items to take care of, but they came out within a few days and addressed our concerns. Overall TWM did a good job at a competitive cost and within a reasonable amount of time.

These guys rock! I contacted 12 roofing companies for quotes, only 3 showed up. I chose TWM and am so glad I did. They were on time, communicated very clearly what I needed, gave a very reasonable quote, which included their full contract and pictures of the area to be repaired, plus the charges for materials that might be needed once the tiles were pulled up. They were able to schedule the work ahead of a recent downpour. They finished my repair in one day, the work is beautiful, and they left the grounds spotless.
