Pablo and his crew came and replastered our pool in 2 days. We highly recommend South Bay Pools, Inc. They did a very good job an cleaned up when they were done. Pablo communicated with us daily and came to the job site as well.
After an initial hiccup with communication, Pablo and his crew worked productively in resurfacing our very old pool, including new coping, and a new cement pool deck. I was most impressed with Pablo's recommendations for the Pebble Tec surface, tiles, including accent, the coping, and cement color. In the end, we have a beautiful pool, complete with color changing lights for night swimming. We are very happy with the work done by Pablo and his crew. Pablo and his crew did an absolutely outstanding job on our old and outdated pool. We first contacted Pablo when our pool lost a significant amount of water during a 48 hour period. He quickly arranged for a leak detection specialist. After the problem was diagnosed Pablo gave us a few scenarios to address the issue. We ended up going with a complete remodel of the pool itself. What made South Bay Pools so impressive to us was the non-stop effort put forth by all of the crew members who came during the various stages. From demo to plumbing to masonry to plaster to maintenance these guys never slow down! Very, very impressive. A pool is not an inexpensive project but Pablo is honest and reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
