“Amazing quality with a very fair price. This place is great! All my clothes came out amazingly, with creases in all the right places and they even got my sweat stains out. They also fixed some front seams that were ruined at another cleaner! A man named musafil (I think that's his name) from a suit store at the mall told me try this dry cleaner place after hearing my story about how the last place ruined my clothes, and I couldn't be happier to make the change! “I would definitely go back to this place. They provided great customer service. I called before hand and they provided a relatively accurate quote. I was a little worried when my blazer was not ready on time but the owner was able to get it to me within the hour and was very honest and kind about the whole ordeal. In addition to the customer service all of my clothing was well taken care of and they provided all of the requested cleanings and alterations. Everything looks great and it was not expensive. “I started going to this laundromat about a month ago. My first impression was positive, it's clean, and the staff is friendly ?. Unfortunately, I started to find some inconveniences that have cost me time and money ?. I use hot water temperature to wash all my clothes, which I understand that it has an extra charge, and that's something I'm willing to pay. These are the problems ?: the start button you have to push in some of the washer machines are too sensitive and sometimes, it changes the set when you push (hot to quick wash, etc) ?, so I have had to rewash my clothes a couple of times. Then, one of the costumers told me that the machines don't really have hot water. If you touch the door of the washer you can feel if it's at least warm, but when I touched the doors of the three or four machines I was using, only one of them was lightly warm ?. Again, I don't mind paying the extra charge for the hot water, but I mind if there is no hot water. I spend about 150-200 dollars, a month on laundry. I don't think this is correct ?. Hopefully, the people in charge can do something about these issues...I would like to continue using this place to do my laundry ????? and be happy again ?. I thank you advance for your interest, dear owner/managers!<br>(I'll make a note about the outcome)...“
