I came home on a Saturday around 6pm to a continuous stream of water coming through my ceiling into my kitchen cabinet above the range, through the hood, onto the counter, etc. The toilet is directly upstairs. He came within an hour and determined it was the toilet supply line and replaced it quickly. He assessed that the valve did not need to be replaced yet.
