“I first came here because I had been to those big places and was unhappy with the service and results.I also was looking for a small business to give my hard earned money to. I'm so happy I gave this spot a chance because Brandi is fantastic. I've been to her 3 times in 2 different locations for waxing and she is the only place I have had an extremely positive experience. Those big houses of beauty have nothing on Brandi. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so outgoing and friendly it almost makes you forget she's yanking hair out of your most sensitive areas. She makes you feel important as a client and doesn't make you feel like she is rushing to get you out and move on to the next client. She also won't try to sell you on something you don't need I scheduled an additional service along with my waxing and she let me know I didn't need it and she would not feel right doing it without letting me know and deciding if I still want it. That to me is exceptional customer service.The shop itself has a very comfortable, warm and inviting feel to it. Kind of like a spa without the spa prices. “Rita is so awesome! I love getting my face pampered here. Iv had a few microdermabrasion and pumpkin peels. The pumpkin peel smells amazing, makes my skin feel soft and look so refreshed. The microdermabrasion gets all the dead skin off, smooths and reduces the size of my pores. I had one TCA peel so far, that one is more abrasive but very worth it. My skin looked more clear and tighter, I can't wait to do that one again. Rita is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She has great products and her place is so cute and cozy. Since I started coming here Iv seen a huge difference in my face. Iv been wearing makeup less and admiring my skin more.“

“Jenaé gives the BEST Facials! I've been going to for a few months now for Anti-aging Facials & she really is amazing. I love that when I go it's not just someone giving you a facial and you're out the door. Jenaé teaches you about products and ingredients so that you can understand proper home care so you get the maximum result. After my first facial I could see the biggest change on my skins texture, I stopped wearing full coverage foundation. I didn't need it. It's been a week since my last facial and my skin is glowwwing!
