In order to sell me, Mr. Faustino altered the insurance number so that I would qualify immediately and he told me that I had 18 months without interest, I signed with that and he did not leave me a contract, only the order that I wanted, now I am paying 16% interest and only they wash their hands
Faustino was extremely polite and professional. Was able to repair our A/C with no issues. Replaced our motor and capacitor and even cleaned the unit. Will definitely use again for all of our ac/heater concerns.
Spoke with Faustino, from Smart Heating and Cooling Solutions regarding our problem, he was very knowledgeable of our unit and indicated to me what he thought problem was. He quoted a price, set up appointment for next day. He called confirming the appointment, and was on time. He explained what he would do and walked us through it all. Very professional, very respectful individual, friendly and reasonable in price. I would definitely use Smart Heating and Cooling Solutions again if needed. It's very hard to find good reliable help. Faustino nailed it !!!!
