Helped me figure out insurance issues which aren’t even part of their job description LMAO !!?? so amazingly helpful. contacted me about my vehicle around 7 pm (assuming after hours) and answered my messages immediately after 5 am. Who else does that !!?? I can’t stress it enough how incredibly helpful their representative Jonathan was

Jonathan was great! He got to within 20 minutes of me calling, and he stayed with me at the destination to ensure that they had a replacement tire on hand incase my tire was not repairable.

WOW! This company (father & son duo) are the BEST!
Their truck & equipment are clean, and both their appearances are clean-cut. Complete professionalism, knowledgeable, courteous and TRUSTWORTHY.
If I ever need another tow or jump, I'm definitely calling them!
I also left a review with my insurance company (USAA) so that they can make sure to call Empire Towing first!
