Her skills and accommodating nature set her apart as an outstanding tattoo artist. From the moment I walked into her old studio, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The original size I asked for was a bit smaller than I had pictured in my head so she offered to reprint the stencil because I wanted bigger even though she would have to leave to go get it, she drove 20+ minutes to her house to grab her printer so we could get the perfect size, while waiting we applied numbing cream so we could be ready to go. “I searched the reviews and read the most recent and thought I would give this place a try. I was due for a gel refill and a repair of a broken nail. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and offered a seat to wait for a technician. After 5-7 minutes I met with "Hannah" who asked a few questions and offered nail color choices. Hannah did a wonderful job. She was polite, efficient and professional. The place was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend this nail salon. “It was a super quick and easy experience. It wasn't very painful and the temperature of the wax was great. The wax took around 10 minutes with some time before and after for prep and redressing. My waxer was friendly and gave me recommendations on products to use to prevent ingrowns and get better waxing results in the future. I used the BOGO free deal so it ended up being very affordable in comparison normal prices.“

“Wow I have so many awesome things to say about Gianna & her business! I was referred to her for face waxing and it took me a while to book because I have such sensitive skin. She was super easy to book with and when I got in, I didn't even think to mention my sensitive skin but she asked a few background questions and decided to just do a small test strip to see how my skin tolerated the wax, which I thought was super sweet and showed that she really cares about her clients and not just about making as much money as possible. Her sensitive wax was perfect for my skin and I've been going to her ever since!
