Josh was absolutely great - very friendly and professional! Highly recommend :) My Surface Pro charger stopped working on our first day up to Mammoth from out-of-town and I needed to get work done on each of our vacation days. There are no electronic stores in town that carried the type of charger for my laptop. Josh was quick to respond and provide a daily laptop rental for a reasonable price and was accommodating throughout the entire process. Very appreciative of his services!

Josh was great , understood my problem, listened to me. Took the time to fix my issues and explain how to avoid them moving forward. I would definitely use him again and his price was very fair. It’s nice to find someone who you can trust so easily and have confidence in their knowledge of getting you where you need to be. I feel better about understanding my system and how to achieve my goals on it.

we live in rural Nevada and had to drive 100 miles each way to drop our computer off and then to go pick up. it was so worth the drive. Josh was able to put in a new hard drive into our 9 year old pc and make it work like a new one again. he was also able to answer a few questions when we got home and fired it back up. very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. excellent job!!august 22Josh cares about his clients. He followed up with us 12 days later to make sure we were happy, and that everything was running smoothly. our new solid state hard drive is making things run faster and we no longer have to defrag or optimize anymore. it's so quiet... read full review
