My nails there were done by Evelyn, which she did a great job, and they look fabulous. because of the owner, whom came in and was just rude kept asking when the nail tech would be done with me, interrupting I found the atmosphere to be quite stressful and despite the fact that my nails are great, I won't be coming back.

I made an appt for 10:30am. Got there and a lady said no u were supposed to be here at 11:00 so come back then. So I left thinking maybe I was wrong on the time. So I go back at 11:00 and a different lady said u were supposed to be here at 10:30 and said she was in the back and the lady had told me wrong and it WAS supposed to be at 10:30. So she said come back at 12:00. So I get there at 12:00 and she says I'm going home because of my kids. And can u come back later today. So there was 3 visits wasted and I said I will never be back and that I'm going to leave this review. If I could leave zero stars I would for running me around for an hour and a half only to tell me she's leaving.

Well, no wonder she has such terrible reviews. I called for a first time appointment and she asked me twice where I lived (not in Bishop, but Bridgeport) and "didn't know" when she would have a next appointment. I asked if it would be tomorrow or this weekend... And she said I don't know, where do you live again? I told her she was a terrible businesswoman after asking three times for the next available appointment and hung up.
