A friend had an art exhibit there and invited me to buy a day pass. The grounds are beautiful, the ocean and scenery is spectacular, people were friendly and relaxed. They ring the dinner bell three times a day and serve extremely healthy food. Chocoholics like me you should bring your own desserts :-) I had to park up on the road, and it's an surprisingly steep driveway so if that's a challenge for you, see if you can get a ride up and down - they have carts that will take you if you need it. Everyone I encountered there, was friendly.

The most life changing experience ever!!! Yes it's expensive, but it was worth every penny. You can either do a self guided journey or do a workshop. I opted to do a workshop and I'm so glad I did. The community is the best part about this place and really made this place more memorable for me. Everyone smiles at you and is just so warm and friendly. But - if you want to have a solo self care moment - just as powerful to do self guided. Whatever your heart desires! Also the food is incredible. Don't skip on the hot baths and the MASSAGE!!!!

We enjoyed every meal and were delighted at the options, and the variability of the food. All the staff we interacted with were lovely, but JJ is really a stand out. I wish I could thank him again. We enjoyed the hot springs, our room was comfortable and clean, the guided activities were enriching, and the openness... read full review
