The Baths, Esalen Massage

“A friend had an art exhibit there and invited me to buy a day pass. The grounds are beautiful, the ocean and scenery is spectacular, people were friendly and relaxed. They ring the dinner bell three times a day and serve extremely healthy food. Chocoholics like me you should bring your own desserts :-) I had to park up on the road, and it's an surprisingly steep driveway so if that's a challenge for you, see if you can get a ride up and down - they have carts that will take you if you need it. Everyone I encountered there, was friendly.“

Injury Recovery Massage Massage

“Different. He starts you face down on the floor and uses his feet! Custom. He tailors the treatment just to your specific issues/neeeds. In the moment. He's willing to change direction and pivot, no problem. No surprises. He lets you know as he goes. Integrity. It's clear; he really wants to facilitate your healing. Awesome! Britt has a unique way to meet his client's needs and gets right to it! It's so helpful to have him let you know what he's doing and to work with you as to how your body is responding. He sure found my issues and I feel better and better after each treatment. He's quite amazing!“

Bodywork by Brandy Massage

“Highly recommend Brandy for your next massage! I booked a 90 minute massage in her studio in the village. You go up the brick stairs and its to the right at the end of the hall on the left. The studio space is extremely comfortable. She has a consultation room and then a separate room for the massage. She offers the option for a heated table (game changer if you've never experienced it). Brandy was very professional and has experience using a variety of different modalities from lomi lomi to techniques from Esalen (an esteemed massage school). I felt extremely comfortable, relaxed, and rejuvenated when I left. I'm sure there's many great therapists in the peninsula, but I was grateful to find Brandy.“
