Best massage of my life! My husband and I did a mobile couples massage with Daniel & Bridget at our Air BnB. Bridget worked on me, and I can genuinely say I've never had a massage therapist more immediately in tune with what my body needed - she did a somatic release on my psoas, and I just don't have words. I feel a decade younger and 3 inches taller. My husband had shoulder surgery about 9 months ago, and Daniel did incredible work on him as well. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and absolute masters of their craft. Can't recommend this service enough. BOOK THEM NOW!
Chelsea and Rhoda were the massage therapists we had today for my fiance and I's couples massage. We got an hour massage but will definitely splurge for the 90 minute next time. They were extremely professional and personal. I had Rhoda and her technique was superb! I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders & when leaving the massage I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. She was able to improve my range of motion while creating a relaxing experience. We will be back next time we are in town!
Chada is wonderful! I recommend the spa side. Chada is the sweetest and highly professional! I do not feel the same about the salon side. Marilyn does okay, and I'm sure many are happy with her, but not for me. Her prices are ridiculous! Especially since I had to have another hairdresser redo my hair for a special event a week later. 2 stars for Marilyn, when you 5, that's for Chada!
I had a wonderful massage and sound bath from Selia. I can't even describe how great it was. So soothing and she is such a warm person. She really listened about my complex medical issues going on right now and offered support along with her therapeutic touch. I plan to go back when I am back up here.
Margo was very attentive to the request of my neck, back and released the stress and tension from my neck, shoulders and back . I would highly recommend Margo.
The countertop and installation was stellar. We were trying to keep the cabinets. It was a tight fit for the stove on those original cabinets but carpet barn made it work. The old was all cracked. Kept the original charm but now functional and great.

Friday night candlelit yoga at this studio is THE best way to end a work week. The other classes are wonderful too. Such a great variety of skilled instructors.

Jim Skoien is an excellent acupuncturist. He was trained in China and has taught, consulted and treated thousands all across the country and world. He is extremely knowledgeable about general health and his office is clean and comfortable. I always feel better after a treatment. I Highly recommend .
We love Puma Karate! Mr. Stacey and Ms. Karen are wonderful with the kids and really work with kids individually to grow their practice, even if a class is full.Clean space and great vibes, parents can stay or drop off.We are so happy to have found Puma Karate!!!
Jose at Kenny’s Painting did a great job fixing our steps and handrails, and sanding and restaining our porch, wooden chairs and 3 large bears. He was timely, and stuck to his quote. A pleasure working with him and his crew.
This towing company is absolutely wonderful. The had a quick response and were very clear in their timing and rates and what to expect. Even as I was being towed I observed the clarity they were providing to other people in line to be towed about the anticipated timing and were so considerate of their time and needs. The price of the tow was the best I could find after calling around the entire mountain and getting quotes. David, our driver, was amazing!!!!! He was so helpful and professional and even tried jumping the car to see if he could save us time and money and out of Genuine care to try and do what was best by everyone in queue to be towed. I could tell he genuinely cared to help us and we had such good conversation on the way home. He is super comfortable to be around and had such interesting insightful things to contribute in conversation. It really made me see the bright side of a bad situation and really made my day. I've got A performance's business card in my wallet for keeps. Thanks guys
I made an appointment with Alyssa for a consultation. She gave me a few ideas on what I could do with a new style cut and color. I booked an appointment for the following week with her. I am so please with the results. She works magic. My hair looks great, and feels healthy! I've already booked a return appointment in 7 weeks.

When we decided just a few weeks ago to look into refinancing our property... we were clueless.... I didn't know any of the steps to take or even how to get it started.... so I talked to my buddy down the road who had served with me as a volunteer firefighter for our community....(and Mishel on our board) ... all I had to do is tell them what our ultimate goal was and Arnold and Mishel Urias made it happen... a little under 3 weeks start to finish and we are much more financially stable and have something to show for it. I got emails at 9 at night and 5 in the morning. They are a real "go getter" team who will literally work round the clock to make your dreams happen...I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very nice clothing store. Like that the clothing there won't be found anywhere else, the prices are great (hope they won't rise prices after reading the post) Whish visited the store on my previous visits to Big Bear Village.
The staff here were super friendly, and nice to chat with while they cut my hair. The lady who cut my hair did an awesome job too. If I lived here, this would be my go to barber shop.
High Mountain Construction did a great job for us. They built an addition for our living space and added a second bathroom. All around good guys, hard working and highly recommended.
Wendii is amazing! She was kind enough to get me in for hair and makeup for my family photos shoot even though it was her day off. She did a great job with my hair and makeup and was super friendly. I definitely recommend Wendii to anyone looking for a great hair stylist and makeup artist.

I'm really bummed to have to leave a negative review for a local business, but I had a bad experience buying mulch from Andy. I paid almost $550 for bulk mulch and I continually find chunks of glass, wire, chunks of painted furniture and other wood, osb, plastic, and pvc pipes. Very disappointed in the quality considering how much I paid. I called Andy and asked if this was normal and he said it was unusual and he would make it right. That was several weeks ago and I never heard back, so I assume I'll have to keep collecting all the trash from the mulch. I need more mulch but I will not purchase from here again. I attached a picture from today's mulch finds.
Update- Andy came by and delivered a new load of mulch and it is so much nicer! The second load was quality product so I increased my rating.
Outstanding floral design. The arrangements were perfect. Liz listened and captured just what I wanted. Specific flower I requested were incorporated. The flowers were so fresh they are lasting over a week.
Siri was knowledgeable and helped correct my positioning throughout class. It was a different more classic Pilates class than I am used to but I enjoyed the workout and will return next time I'm in big bear

My husband and I have been coming for a couple of mass massages for the last 6+ years every February for anniversary weekend. We so enjoy them here at Elevations. Everyone is so kind. They are experts in their field. It is the only place in big bear that I would recommend to go to.
Alla was extremely kind and helpful, great spot for PCT hikers to get clothing and minor gear repairs.
