I've been with Harbert Oil a long time because of how they treat me, I'd pay extra for the courteous treatment but its free at Harbert Oil. Every employee there has been kind, understanding, fair, helpful and some are nice enough to have a cup of coffee on the porch with you at times. They've walked me through fixing my lines to troubleshooting my heater, even offering a loaner when mine was out. I refer everyone to them especially when I hear about poor/rude customer service here in town. Sure makes a difference when the person answering the phone doesn't demean you straight away because they don't care about you, just the money! Go to Harbert, my delivery man Sam, climbs fences with rose bushes, drags ladders and hoses through a mud pit of a yard with a grumble & a laugh. If you ask nice he might even bring for a Harbert hat to you too. Exactly as a company should be.
