It is a fully comprehensive training and supersedes all of the Yoga Alliance requirements. We learned Yoga Anatomy, Ayurveda, Adjustments, Modifications, Cueing, etc. in addition to really having a chance to deepen my practice intensively over a 4 week period. Can't wait for the next teacher training in Greece this September!“
