Don't trust your dogs here for training, boarding, or daycare. Maxim the owner is money hungry pulling people into buying thousands of dollar packages. He slaves his employees and pays less than minimum wage. This place is infested with Rats. Classrooms are always hot and smell. Where the dogs are place is filthy sleeping in poop and piss everywhere. No toys or blankets but a sheet in there room. Dogs do not get to come out of there room they lie about the dogs getting walked. Very disorganized... read full review

EDITED VERSION On October 5, 2021, I received a phone call from Master Dog Training/Royal Dog Academy informing me that Indy, our puppy, had been hit by a car. I asked if he would be okay and the trainer told me to just come to the vet. I hung up the phone and headed to the vet. When I arrived the main trainer, Basyro Maxim, and someone from the company were standing outside. As I approached, they both lowered their heads before telling me that Indy was dead. Before I could fully process it, a security guard who was standing nearby came over and told me he had observed the trainer running behind Indy trying to get him before he was hit by a car. I took my puppy to this place to learn basic training back when he was 4 months old. I paid my money for three sessions we never attended. No one called to do a follow up plan a day for his training. I recently called as he is one years old now. I asked for a refund for the classes he never took. They claimed they don’t even know my dog but yet my dog is being advertised on theyre website and other social media accounts. I spoke with a new manager that they claim DONT know what’s going on. And no records of my dog being theyre I asked for my 350$ back they refuse to give it back to me. I called theyre cell number because they don’t have a steady business line. And... read full review
