Don't trust your dogs here for training, boarding, or daycare. Maxim the owner is money hungry pulling people into buying thousands of dollar packages. He slaves his employees and pays less than minimum wage. This place is infested with Rats. Classrooms are always hot and smell. Where the dogs are place is filthy sleeping in poop and piss everywhere. No toys or blankets but a sheet in there room. Dogs do not get to come out of there room they lie about the dogs getting walked. Very disorganized...

EDITED VERSION On October 5, 2021, I received a phone call from Master Dog Training/Royal Dog Academy informing me that Indy, our puppy, had been hit by a car. I asked if he would be okay and the trainer told me to just come to the vet. I hung up the phone and headed to the vet. When I arrived the main trainer, Basyro Maxim, and someone from the company were standing outside. As I approached, they both lowered their heads before telling me that Indy was dead. Before I could fully process it, a security guard who was standing nearby came over and told me he had observed the trainer running behind Indy trying to get him before he was hit by a car. My heart broke into pieces as I thought about how afraid and confused our beautiful puppy must have felt. Basyro Maxim and his team initially told us our puppy slipped out of his leash after trying to bite him. They then changed their story and said he tried to bite a pedestrian before slipping out of his leash. We knew both stories weren't true as Indy was as sweet as pie. We asked for the truth over and over. Finally, after months of encouraging Master Dog Training/Royal Dog Academy to do the right thing, we finally got the report from the Insurance company. In the report Basyro Maxim said Indy got out of gate, ran into traffic and got hit by a car. We now had the truth, they were negligent, they failed to make sure our puppy was secured in the yard, and lied to cover it up. Instead of being honest, apologizing and showing compassion, they chose to be dishonest. As someone who has made horrible decisions in the past, I am one of the first people to forgive and to understand that mistakes and poor decisions happen-it's part of being human. However, they robbed me and my family of that opportunity. Instead they chose to lie and offer us a nominal amount to make this go away. It was an insult and under estimation of who Indy belonged to. We aren't the family that goes away in the face of injustice, we are a family that fights injustice, be it my work in criminal justice, Sekou's work to improve his educational experience at school or Liz's work as an educator and philanthropist. So we chose the best lawyer we knew when it comes to fighting injustice to hold them accountable. We believe the Master Dog Training/Royal Dog Academy company is riddled with cruel, lying, heartless people and should not be in business. We have filed a lawsuit to honor Indy's name and to ensure no other family has to go through what we went through and are still going through. This isn't about money, because there is no amount that will make us feel whole again, it's about the truth and justice for our family and our beloved pet Indy.

I took my puppy to this place to learn basic training back when he was 4 months old. I paid my money for three sessions we never attended. No one called to do a follow up plan a day for his training. I recently called as he is one years old now. I asked for a refund for the classes he never took. They claimed they don’t even know my dog but yet my dog is being advertised on theyre website and other social media accounts. I spoke with a new manager that they claim DONT know what’s going on. And no records of my dog being theyre I asked for my 350$ back they refuse to give it back to me. I called theyre cell number because they don’t have a steady business line. And...read full review
