Very impressed with the customer service from this company. They answered immediately and had somebody at my house the next day. Very professional and friendly in person as well. Would definitely work with them again in the future!
Moses did an amazing job of figuring out my AC issues. Not only did he explain everything, he also went above and beyond by helping fix an electrical issue that was unrelated to the AC. It turns out there was a lose wire in the electrical panel causing the AC not to get full power. He was able to track that down and reseat the wire. Afterward, AC works great. Stay Cool is definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I am sure you can find a cheaper company but they aren't going to take the time or have the knowledge Moses has. I recently had my heating system repaired. Moses was my repair person. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was prompt in scheduling an appointment and they were initially really late due to a job before. Moses wanted to make sure that the heating worked for the house before us.
