Monika is AMAZING in many ways! She was very sweet, genuine and honest. I came in for fibroblasts under eye, initially she told me I didn't need the treatment yet, but I insisted it's a precaution to improve the overall look. She's very patient in the scheduling process and did a thorough job on treatment. We kept in contact for after care and she was responsive to my questions and concerns. I'm 5th day in and healing very well. Monika will be my go to gal for future needs!
A great service all around. Monica was amazing. She's super friendly and welcoming While being professional and knowledgeable! I just got the service today so I can't see the final effects but I would definitely recommend to a friend! Also, She's very patient and dealt with my twitchy muscles around my eye and gave me breaks when needed.
After been regular at different spa in the Beverly Hills area for last 5 years (not mentioning the names as they're equally good as well) I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by Monika and her spa. On a hot LA heat day I was greeted by Monika herself at the door and as she welcomed me in, made me comfortable and walked me to the spa room. I was consistently made comfortable and well treated. I got an hour and a half Caviar anti- aging LED facial and body spa massage. It was incredible.. to say the least. Her pressure on my face while doing my facial was perfect, not too hard nor too spot. She used hydrating serum, micro currents, extractions and than caviar mask to finish it off. All that with the LED light from the beginning to the end of the treatment ..!! Her product was great and so was her technique. I'm not an easy client to please and have been loyal to the same esthetician for years, to say the least, I just can't wait to come back to Monika and make this a regular treatment for my body and face. My results were great too - the micro current was like Pilates for the face lift and firming. And hydration facial made my skin glow and so rested. It took the dead skin off without any harsh chemicals and peeling Nevertheless, I highly recommend this spa. If I could give this spa more then 5 stars I WOULD.. Next : I'm gonna try Endermologie treatment..!!
