There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Koorosh. He is absolutely a shark at what he does. He's sharp, works quickly and extremely knowledgeable. I was a first time home buyer and my nerves were all over the place. Koorosh became my broker and my therapist. He truly goes above and beyond to make you feel secure. He eased so much of my anxiety. His tips and suggestions made this process seamless. There was not a single phone call, text or email that wasn't responded to or explained. He guided me in a way I'm not sure anyone else could. He really had my back through the whole process and also got along so well with my agent. I would trust this guy with anything!

Koorosh is simply the best. My wife and I were in the difficult position of wanting to buy a house in the crazy competitive Los Angeles market while needing to sell our condo in order to do so. Koorosh brainstormed several different options with us and came up with creative ideas for how to make it all work. The timing needed to be PERFECT for us to close on the sale of our condo and get those funds transferred over to escrow on the purchase of our house since our offer needed to be non-contingent. Koorosh is the best loan officer I've worked with. Not only is he extremely responsive, reliable, and gets the loan closed as fast as possible but he gives very sound advice. I've used him as my loan officer 3 times now that I've purchased and refinanced a few properties. If it weren't for his sound advice guiding me throughout the process I can confidently say that I do not think I would own the properties that I do. I wouldn't hesitate to use him. He goes above and beyond and is someone you can trust.
