Terrible service and huge rip off. Do not use this agency! We were quoted $300-$500 for a post construction clean of a 1500 sq ft apartment. On the day of the clean, only half of the house was ready for cleaning (2nd half to be completed a few days later) and when the pair arrived they said it would be $800 for just the front half of the house because there was an extra $200 fee for cleaning cabinet interiors and an up charge for weekend service. Neither of these charges were disclosed upfront. We agreed with the agency to pay $650 for half of the house and expected a deep post construction clean. (Which came out to $100/hour for two cleaners) The pair did not deliver anything close to a deep clean. The windows were still dirty, no door sills were touched, and it appeared that they didn't even touch the shower or medicine cabinet. We pointed out areas that need more attention and the pair spent 5 minutes tending to a couple areas they had ignored before leaving. Before departure they also forced us send several emails to the company saying we agreed to the price so that they could get paid. After they left we continued to notice the poor job they did and we reported it to the agency and asked for a partial refund. We then got a series of angry and incredibly unprofessional texts from the cleaners demanding to explain why we were unhappy and accusing us of "wasting their time." We did not get a partial refund and will have to pay another service to come in and do the job. It was an awful experience and you should avoid using LA maids at all costs. Horrible company.

I had just read all of the poor reviews for this company, one star and many disatisfied customers. You can add us to the long list!! For the maids they send don't work for La Maids!! La Maids is a scheduling service, they sub contract with maids they that are send out to you for cleaning. There very poorly trained, as for professional cleaners, your Plumber, or Gardner could do a better job!! They come in, rush out left our garbage in the kitchen in a bag! Two people came, In the past we had used a cleaning lady elderly women for half of the cost would spend more time, excellent like a Hospital but had unfortunately retired! So your better off hiring cleaning ladies, and maids that work for them self, you will pay less, and get a much better professional cleaning!! No more scheduling services for me, sub contractors. This company has constant turn over of maids they don't stay long, you can ask the company why?? One Star for me Sorry!!

0 STARS do not hire unless you want to get ripped off !!! I am not happy with the work that was done by the crew. Not only was I inconvenienced by the 3 hour delay which I had to contact you for in order to get an update. If a crew is running late. Then the next customer should be notified at the time the crew is expected to arrive. I will not be rehiring this crew. The only acceptable resolution was to issue me a partial refund. Which the company did not do. Instead changed their story. Lying! A basic clean should always include cleaning a dining table, cleaning a bathroom floor and wiping down handles & light switched AT THE VERY LEAST!
