I went there twice to get botox both times she injected water! No effect whatsoever. The 2nd time even though I asked her to use a new botox in front of me, still she used an already opened one and I got no result.
Dr Tess is a sham doctor and that is the reason she is now closed. She is a family practice doctor that took a dive into the easy money of filler and botox. Wish I could go back in time...and would have never called her. She injected me some kind of filler 3 years ago and told me it was HA based...it is still in my face and and I have over 25 Hylenex injections since...and yet it won't dissolve!! It feels like plastic. When I asked her for my records last year she told me she DID NOT have any records for my visit because it wasn't insured (yet I paid with Care Credit) What kind of doctor, nurse, or any kind of professional would run a basis of operation with such that kind of attitude if they really cared about the outcome, or ongoing treatments for a patient. She told me to stop calling her. Lost all interest when I asked her what the filler she used was, and "to her recollection it was Bellatero" She is the epitomy of bullshitters- as I have had 4 doctors that say it is NOT HA based.
The receptionist is extremely rude. I started talking, she said she didn't understand a word I said, mocked my way of speech and hung up the phone. A place with that level of ethics must not exist, and people who take the calls like that should not work with people at all. Not sure how they get any business at all.
