Door to Door in Beverly Hills has gone above and beyond to remove stains that no other dry cleaner could get out!I Love this Dry Cleaners for Dry Cleaning as well as alterations!Paola is the most wonderful employee who always has the best attitude and always makes sure things come back spotless!!!I never do yelp reviews but I had to with such great service!

This is the best dry cleaner that I've ever been too. It is also the most expensive. They got impossible stains out. It is flawless. There are ribbons around clothes. I will definitely take my designer items there. I am completely satisfied with the service. They go above and beyond. Thanks

I had very high hopes that this cleaner would be skilled in being able to care for my designer clothes. (Maybe this was an unfounded assumption based on their location) however after giving them 3 or 4 orders I must sadly announce that they have not met any of my reasonable expectations. I typically wear my clothes only once before bringing them to be cleaned however I have come to the conclusion that this cleaners is only able to clean already clean clothes. Each order was returned to me beautifully packaged however still smelling worn and with general dirtiness. They were unsuccessful in removing even the slightest stains that I was able to easily remove with a Tide pen when I got home. They could not remove deodorant from my tops, a little coffee spill or general dirtiness on cuffs. On average I paid about $120 for 5 items that were returned to me still unfresh with general dirtiness and no spots removed. Almost as if they only pressed them and returned them to me. (Although I'm sure this is not the case) I must also add that's this review is not personal. I have two stars because they were always really friendly, professional and on time. I have no problem with the heafty dry cleaning price for amazing service but the dry cleaning is just not there so I cannot recommend this place is you want clean clothes. sorry guys
