I cannot recommend Dr. Cassileth and her team ENOUGH! She is the most competent impressive and skilled doctor that I have come across in my cancer and reconstruction journey. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is also excellent at what she does. I am thrilled with my results of my mastectomy and reconstruction done by Dr Richardson and Dr Cassileth and have been told many times that the direct to implant reconstruction is the best people have ever seen. My scars are completely hidden and my recovery was as good as one could hope for. I am eternally grateful for the care I received at The Practice and from Dr. Cassileth.
Dr. Cassileth is absolutely the best. She is at the very top of her field in regards to diagnosing issues and finding the right solutions for her patients. Her staff was attentive, professional, and so very caring. I recently saw her for an injury that had left me with several hematomas and an undiagnosed infection. I had been dismissed everywhere I had gone previously, but when I met with Dr. Cassileth I felt heard, understood, and supported. She removed the hematoma, cultured the damaged area, repaired muscle that was torn between my ribs, identified an infection and prescribed the right antibiotics. I’m from San Diego and initially struggled to find a doctor for a double mastectomy who aligned with what I was looking for. Fortunately, I came across Dr. Cassileth’s work online. I went to Los Angeles for my consultation, I was thoroughly impressed by her innovative technique, her team’s professionalism, and the time she devoted to addressing all of my questions and concerns.
