“I run the kitchen at a local chocolate company. We have an unusual piece of machinery used in confectionary work called a Firemixer that most companies I called told me they couldn't work with. It stopped functioning last week which stopped our production completely. I called another repair company I found here first. They came out to asses the situation but couldn't come back to do the repairs until multiple days later. This wasn't acceptable as we had deadlines to hit. I found A&E the next day and they were quick to co e out, assessed the situation and came to a different conclusion that required a new part. We called the manufacturer and had it shipped overnight. A&E were able to come right back out the next day and has up back up and running a few hours after the part came in.Will continue to call them for our repair needs in future.“

“I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was able to come out within a day of my call. He arrived in the window of time I chose. He was friendly and experienced. Luckily my washer didn’t need anything major but he showed me some functions on my machine, told me to put smaller loads and cleaned out the jets. “I've visited this business twice. The first time was to get a replacement hose for my dishwasher. They didn't have the part, but ordered it for me and it arrived the next day. The next time I visited, it was for a possibly faulty pump for my washing machine. The replacement part was $150. When one of the workers there saw my surprise at the price, he took a look at my pump and cleaned it out for free! While I can't vouch for their on-site service, I have been happy with my in-store experience.“
