Very questionable business practices. We paid them in full, in was a huge project. This contractor put a lien on the title of my home back in 2006 without ever notifying us. I just learned about it because I'm going thru a re-fi and the underwriters brought it to my attention. Very unethical business practices.

Wow!!! I just got home to see a gorgeous job complete!!! Jan Spessard (aka Kerry) did an amazing job filling 100' of expansion joints, including the difficult ones that go over the edge of pool. Now, let me tell you, we bought an expensive can of this stuff and tried to do it ourselves. It was horrible despite very successful handy work all over my house! When I first called her, she was delightful, helpful and professional. She told me it takes a year to even train someone to apply it. Well, she comes with 30 years experience!! We are so impressed with her and her incredible expertise!!! A complete homerun!!!
