Wow!!! I just got home to see a gorgeous job complete!!! Jan Spessard (aka Kerry) did an amazing job filling 100' of expansion joints, including the difficult ones that go over the edge of pool. Now, let me tell you, we bought an expensive can of this stuff and tried to do it ourselves. It was horrible despite very successful handy work all over my house! When I first called her, she was delightful, helpful and professional. She told me it takes a year to even train someone to apply it. Well, she comes with 30 years experience!! We are so impressed with her and her incredible expertise!!! A complete homerun!!!

We have been using Lynn at LSA Design since 1992. Recently she re-designed our front and back yard. We always receive positive comments from the neighbors as well as friends and family. Lyn Spessard and her employees have been taking care of my landscaping needs for over 5 years, and I'm very happy with their work. Several times I've asked for extra clean up or repair work in my yard in preparation for an outdoor party, and they have been very responsive to my needs.
